The Lodge at Forest Grove | Missoula, Montana - Fly Fishing Lodge

The Lodge at Forest Grove is truly a special place! The setting is so beautiful with a great view of the famous Clark Fork River. The Lodge itself is spacious yet incredibly cozy—unpretentious, warm, and instantly welcoming. There's a fireplace, comfy furniture, a pool table and other games, and a well-stocked bar. Jordan and Anthony are the best hosts ever and their boys are adorable and so much fun! And Kyle… he is an AMAZING chef! Honestly, this could be a destination for the food alone. But that’s not all—Missoula on the Fly’s fishing guides are OUTSTANDING! We’ve fished with them for the last five years and have had an epic experience every single time. Jordan and Anthony have a smash place for you to stay and fly fish/hunt! Rent the entire venue for you and your group! Kyle the chef cooks amazing meals they do not disappoint!!! The guides at Missoula on the Fly are Amazing!!! James, Anthony, Stan, Greg, Chandler and Connor were patient, extremely knowledgeable and all a total blast!!

Our stay at The Lodge at Forest Grove was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of Montana's pristine wilderness, this lodge offers an unforgettable experience that blends world-class fly fishing, exceptional hospitality, and true family-friendly comfort. The on-site chef prepared fresh, locally inspired meals that were worthy of a fine dining restaurant, yet still comforting after a long day outdoors. Our kids had their favorites too, and the chef was wonderfully accommodating to their tastes. This is an absolutely stunning location—truly a hidden gem in Montana. The lodge is top-notch: comfortable, beautifully maintained, and incredibly relaxing. The food was phenomenal—every meal exceeded expectations—and the fishing was nothing short of fantastic. If you’re looking for a first-class Montana fishing experience, this is the place to be. Absolutely fantastic 3-day guided trip. Came for the fishing with Missoula on the Fly which exceeded expectations, but the accommodations and high level cuisine was superb. Anthony and Jordon are great hosts and they are so personable you want to sit and talk for hours. Their Chef Kyle is a culinary trained Michelin chef that always outperformed. Cooking local cuisine to perfection. Came with a group of guys and will be back as soon as I can

Great Trip from top to bottom. Very welcoming atmosphere, beautiful lodge. Everything you need in one spot for a large group like we had. First time fly fishing and couldn’t have went any better for my wife and I as we learned from our guide Stan. Food was excellent with Chef Kyle on site. Definitely made some core memories and would highly recommend booking a trip here.

Anthony and Jordon provide the most amazing getaway! Their lodge is gorgeous and spacious enough for many people. We went twice this summer, once with family (15 people) and once with friends (6 people). Each time we were given a first class experience! The rooms were clean and very welcoming, the attached bathrooms were also clean and had all the things you’d need. The lodge itself has various games to play inside and outside, for children and/or adults. The food was out of this world good and it was such a treat to not have to think about cooking or packing lunches. I looked forward to lunch on the boat each time, major props to, Kyle, the chef! Anthony, Stan, Chandler, and Connor were incredible guides and worked with each of our groups wonderfully. They took into account the weather, the river/water, and custom made the day for each group so we could get the most out of our fishing experience. I learned so much from Anthony and really appreciated his way with words that kept me remembering what I needed to do when casting, setting the hook, mending, etc. I was able to wade fish and fish from his boat, the experience was incredible. I’m talking memories I will keep with me forever, that type 2 kind of fun! Anthony, Jordon, and their boys are the very best hosts and so fun to spend time with. It felt like a home away from home for us all. Thank you for providing our family and friends with this awesome trip, we will be back again!! “Fish on!”

Jordon and Anthony went above and beyond to show excellent hospitality. Nick made the best food and the fishing was like none other. Everything about the trip was great and when we were not fishing, there were plenty of activities around the lodge to partake in! We will definitely be back!
